Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-returnable items

• Used, activated, or installed items
• Custom or final-sale items
• Digital products or activated licenses

How to request a return Email support@zoltix.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refund timing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us for a refund or reshipment — no questions asked.
