Return and Refund Policy
Effective for all orders placed on this store.
Eligibility Window
Refund and return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the item being marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
Requests submitted after this 3-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If shipping is delayed and delivery has not occurred within 30 days of order placement, the customer may request a refund for that specific order due to non-delivery.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unopened and unused, in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals, stickers, and protective film intact.
All original accessories, manuals, cables, and free gifts included.
No signs of installation, activation, or attempted use (including power-on for electronics where detectable).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any condition:
Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
Items missing original packaging or accessories.
Custom, made-to-order, or clearance/final-sale items.
Digital products, software, or activated licenses/codes.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 3 days of delivery via support@zoltix.store with your order number and reason for return.
Do not open or use the item while your request is under review.
If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.
Once the returned item is received and inspected (and confirmed unopened/unused), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
