Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is 15-30 business days, depending on destination. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, please contact us for a refund or reshipment. Refund eligibility for non-delivery only applies after this 30-day threshold has passed; delays shorter than this are considered within normal transit time and not eligible for refund on that basis alone.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size, unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Customers should contact the carrier directly in such cases.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are non-refundable, including on returned items.
